Davonna, a passionate advocate for promoting positivity, founded Davonna Inc., where she emphasizes inclusiveness and diversity in her business relationships. With a background in marketing, communications, PR, and management, she earned her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Kentucky after completing her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Georgetown College.

Davonna's career includes patient advocacy, marketing, public speaking, healthcare, executive leadership, and eldercare consulting, all showcasing her resilience and adaptability, notably as an Executive Director during the opening of a senior living community amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

She is actively involved in the community and enthusiastically pursues opportunities to “be in the room where it happens” in all matters involving women’s empowerment and equal rights. She serves on the Lexington Forum Board, the Lexington Friends Preschool Board, the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels Board of Trustees, and the Advisory Council for Women Leading Kentucky.

In addition to her work with Davonna Inc., she is a proud partner of Sutherland & Associates which has become a perfect fit that allows her to showcase her facilitation, mediation, leadership development, and strategic planning expertise. After being frequently asked to coach women throughout her career, she pursued and earned her Certified Professional Life Coach certification in 2025. In all aspects of her professional life, she focuses her creative and strategic skills to promote goodwill and good business throughout Kentucky
Davonna resides in Central Kentucky with her husband David and their two cats, Linx and Tips.
